The event :
A small dinner/meet up to celebrate my 21st bithday. The good news, for you, is that dinner that night will be on me (ie, my treat). So you can eat all the stingrays and sotong and sambal fish and oyster omlette that you want :) This is open to my juniors in nyco yqp! Do spread the word to your seniors who don't check this blog very frequently.
No gifts needed, just bring yourself, laughter, and perhaps a camera to capture memories. I hope everyone can make it and it'll be a big section outing!

Anyone interested in joining Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Chinese Orchestra? They have quite an exciting track record and 'quality' if u can say so haha. should be considered a semi-pro orchestra, with Zheng Chao Ji laoshi at helm if i'm not wrong i think. Anyway they are undergoing some transformations and are looking for new blood.
Practices: start 6 weeks before a concert (about 6-8 concerts per year)
- 1st 3 weeks practice on Sundays 9-12pm
- last 3 weeks practice on Sundays 9-6pm
Current venue: Dunman High Campus (aka old RJC campus@ Buona Vista)
Upcoming event: performance in China from 9Jun to 17Jun

HI PEOPLE want come for my school co concert (this is shawn the prawn anw so it's not hc!). actually i dont think the standard is very good, in fact it sort of sucks cos we're chionging this concert in 11 days, but if you just want to come for fun then please tell me!
25 may fri (last day of school!) i dont know the time but shld be usual concert time cant be 12 midnight. it's $7 bucks which is a lucky number, and at my school, either hall or audi i dont know. anw my school's in ang mo kio, next to yio chu kang mrt, which is quite weird. but it's near a lot of food places, so if got no co camp after that, want to go eat?
we're playing long teng, tian shan sheng hui(go see dhsco's video on youtube! damn cool!), 3rd movement of su bei feng qing, gong zhu(syf choice piece!) and 1 more song i dont know the title. i forgot the other minor items. all these are dazu songs.
dont expect anything too good, but if you just want noise and some bang bang, it should be fine.

Hello guys!
I'm thinking of ways to celebrate my 21st birthday, and I'm wondering if you guys would like to be part of it. Probably a sit down meal (nope, I'm not having a chalet, and most likely not a catered buffet either) at somewhere. I'll try to source for affordable places. Would the section be interested? If you guys are, it'll be a section thing (ie, no one else present except nyco yqp!). :)
