>Audience needed time to warm up to the abstract pieces, normally stretching in four movements
>Audience busy cheering for the counterparts before and after the small item performances
>Audience readily welcomed the encore while Prof Wei induced them to clap along

Useful notes for NYCOYQP:
>Siao guy (Jonathan?) in white spectacles totally hyper when playing percussion and was noted to have lots of gimmicks and little funny actions
>Jiang Chuan & Ying Hui among the percussion bunch - PRO PRO PRO!
>Percussion was among the most exciting though no small item
>Only 2 yangqins in the total whole
>Yangqins were loud though!
