Hello, I found another shirt printer who charges more but has shirts of better colour and quality (Velocity's yellow shirts aren't really that yellow o_O). The company's Wah Mee Silk Screen. Track and Field had their shirts printed there so you can check the standard.
For 20 pieces
Crew neck: $12/pc
Polo: $17/pc
For 30 pieces
Crew neck: $11/pc
Polo: $16.50
Material
100% cotton for crew neck and 'honeycomb' cotton (something like the old PE shirt) for polo shirt.
Additional cost per shirt
-Printing individual names: $3.00 (for 1-1.2 cm in height) or $5.00 (for 1.5-5 cm in height)
-Printing on sleeves or other parts of the shirt
Printing time
If they have stock for the shirts it takes about 3-5 days, if not about 1 week.
I have relatives who are regulars and I heard you can toggle the price quite a lot, so it's another possible choice. (:
