i know it isnt a big perf, but it's our last one, so let's just make the most of it and enjoy it.
i feel rather weird knowing that we're just moving 4 biangus and paigus, cos all along everytime we move instru is really move until want to die, all the yq, timp, esp YUN LUO my goodness.
and tmr's stepping down ceremony, so good luck to the juniors on getting the post you want! (although sec 4s alrdy know. ahh nvm pretend dunno xD)
no matter what your post, just rmb that u dont have to be in the comm to serve nyco.

i know it's a bit early for syf, but let me crap since i have the motivation. xD
sometimes it isn't abt the award we get, but the music we played.
to me, that moment on stage last yr during syf was the best we've ever played, and it was truly beautiful. it wldn't have made much of a diff if we didnt get GWH. it wld have mattered, we wld have been disappointed, but more impt than that, we knew that our music was good.
dont worry abt syf next yr.

Ohohoho! Yesterday was very fun indeed! The food, the atmosphere, the music, everything! Long teng was fun! I loved the powder, and Lin An was touching.
I do have A LOT to say to all of you, but I'm going to keep it for Friday, so do come!

IF SHAWN IS MAD, then ziyi and i can be considered crazy, because all three of us were not exactly sad yesterday. Sure, it's the last performance, but i guess wad's in our mind is dat WE WILL BE BACK. seriously, it's not like we will be gone forever. hello, there's friday!!!! anyway, we are still the seniors!! well, ok, maybe the feeling will not be the same.. it's like how we see our JC seniors performing and feel weird, cuz we should have been on stage wif them..
u noe wad, we all wan to graduate out of CO happily, sometimes we don have to express our feelings. we all noe that deep in the juniors' heart, they will miss us. hahaha
anyway, i was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the juniors bought us presents..cuz it's like the ideas of presents are always brought up by the juniors..thank goodness, u juniors are not as mad as us...can't imagine shawn getting a prawn, ziyi receiving a chair??? then me, an orange?? huh? don make sense here...whew! but then ah, i think u people - though can't compare to us - are madly carzy...buy so many snacks!! o.O
yesterday was ok..i would hav liked it better if co concert was after nanyang glitters, then it would have been extra special yesterday..n i realised that jaime is a meano..hrmph..keep poking me..one day i will have revenge...grrr....
n i seriously think our sec 1s are now more hyper than us when we first started in CO..to all others hu r thinking of joining our section, BEWARE!

ITS OVER. ok seriously think i'm mad. or maybe the whole section is mad. most of the co is/was crying and i'm HIGH. oh man. somebody send me to IMH hahahaha. xD i just feel the need to cry hasnt come yet. lol.
ok anw. i felt ytd's perf wasn't our best. but it doesnt matter. cos what matters is that we had fun. and we had alot alot of fun! hahahaha xD i'm somewhat sorting out our spastic pics right now, so shld be able to get it asap. xD SPAS! hahahaha. crazy. we're like the siaoest section. :P:P ok anw we had PILES of food. and cldn't swallow our dinner. amazing. hahaha. this is just to inform sec ones. pity they cldn't join us.
oh and i'm still very o.O by longteng. cos of flying DRUMSTICK. it didnt exactly fly, but still it was a cool experience. hahahaha. eh i think the view of the audience frm the stage is damn cool! so sad cant take pic. ahaha. :P
i think the sight of mrs ee drinking yakult is really very funny. i dunno why. i'm just amused. hahaha xD
lazy to talk abt wad happen. :P oh i feel quite guilty cos juniors give us present then we nv do anything and seniors frm other sections all write letters for their juniors. but anw i think if i write letter it wont sound like me. probably i shall attepmt, but i suppose it will be better if i dont. hahahaha. anw, thx for all the presents esp the food! :D:D:D:D:D

As most of you know, it's about interviewing you all for a post in nyco committee. Kind of like super formal question and answer thing. So don't really need to prepare anything, just give it some thought on what post you might want to consider, and are you capable of it etc.

President/Vice-president 1/ Vice-president 2: Assist teacher-in-charge, coordinate overall activities of CO. Organise external/internal events, Manage keys for rooms
Secretary/ Assistant Secretary: Administration matters, meeting minutes.
Treasurer: Accounting for CO's collection/ Use of CO fund.
Scores-in-charge: Scores for entire CO
Manager of General Affairs: Cleanliness of CO rooms, General logistics
Student Conductor: Musical Aspect of CO
Sectional Leader aka SL (My successor!) : In charge of section; sectional funds, purchases. instruments, attendance, standards of sectionmates, communicating with instructors, leading practices.

Gee...sorry, just came back from stupid gymnastics...ok, nvm.
I am taking time off my study time... though i dunno y. I associated with Guo lao for only...
7 mths...at least better than the other coach...
Guo lao suggested some instructors (including wei lao shi & wei wei).
Yea, I dunno, but there is this shen something something one. Or wad...i dunno. That china guy. He is very strict. Offend him today, and he wouldn't teach you for 3 weeks.
Ok, and guo lao oso said that he wants US! the sec 1s to season the drums,
make sure that we KEEP chinese drums traditions if our next coach is a western percussionist.
Oh, and we have to lian ji ben gong.
And the purpose of him letting us play gushi,
is to let us get familiar with many different types of patterns.
He asked us what we learnt for that concert.
And I think he is really proud of us.
HE WILL COME BACK AND SEE US.
Said there were not many people in S'pore who knows how to play drums.
Even if they do, very little can teach.
So we must remember what he taught us, and really master it.
So we can use the skill anytime we need or want.
And during the whole talk, I looked around and saw some people with tears in thier eyes.
And some totally think this is boring.
THE ICE-CREAM!!!I think it taste nice...though all ice-cream taste nice.
But this is a little special.
THough I think not as special as some people.
Is this his last treat for us?

and really, i personally feel that he is the best instructor that we can get.
chinese percussion is more than the rhythm and skills. it's a whole art in itself.
we learnt that frm guo lao.
and frm guo lao we had a breakthrough.
even though he's leaving, let's not forget what he taught us.
hahaha. guo lao rocks!

AHHHH!!! very tired...sigh... anyway, woke up at hm...11.07 am haha. Aiya...yesterday reach home at 2.30 am. haha so late.
Yesterday concert...my stick got stuck under the xuan many times...especially that time when i was playing yu. the whole qinzhu fell out of my hand. I was fumbling around for it. At least, it was going in circles, with one end stuck on the xuan.
Oh yea. N that huang he... very scary...very scary...that part where Chan Yi stopped suddenly. Chewy said her parents knew that it was a mistake. A BIG MISTAKE indeed, still GUSHI ROCKS!!! YAY! we did it!! haha. ok. now that its over, We shall celebrate!!!
